Preparation

For the tea, combine dried peppermint with 1 liter (approximately 4 1/4 cups) of boiling water. Allow to stand for 5-8 minutes, then strain and cool completely in the refrigerator.

Place 1 teaspoon rock candy, some fresh peppermint leaves and lime slices in each glass. Pour the tea into the glasses.
