Chop the chocolate into pieces and melt with 150 ml (approximately 2/3 cup) cream over a hot water bath. Add the hot coffee then let cool. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Fill the serving glasses about halfway with ice cubes. Mix the coffee with hazelnut syrup and pour over the ice. Drizzle with the remaining cream. Serve sweetened with brown sugar to taste.
