80 milliliters Whipped cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
4 scoops Vanilla ice cream
2 centiliters Coffee liqueur
2 teaspoons Chocolate (dark)
2 Waffle cookies (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Stir the hot coffee and the sugar together until the sugar has dissolved. Then let cool in the refrigerator and completely for at least 1 hour.

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Place two scoops of ice cream in tall glasses and pour in the coffee liqueur and cold coffee. Add the whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Serve with waffles as garnish.
