Iced Christmas Cookies
For the dough: Mix all the ingredients for the dough until smooth. Wrap in plastic and chill for 1 hour. Roll out on a floured surface and cut out Christmas cookies as desired. Place on a greased or parchment-lined sheet tray and bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C (approximately 350°F). Remove and let cool.
To decorate: Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice until thick and smooth. Color in portions as desired.
Transfer the colored glaze into small freezer bags and cut out small corners. Decorate the cookies as desired.
