"ice Cream" Cakes
Preheat the oven to 175°C (approximately 350°F).
Cream the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest until creamy. Separate the eggs. Stir the egg yolk little by little into the sugar-butter mixture. Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold in. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff and carefully fold into batter.
Brush the wells of a baking pan "Kucheneis lollies" (8 wells each approx 50 ml (approximately 1/4 cup)) fat. Pour batter into the wells and smooth. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven, let rest for about 10 minutes, then turn out of the pan and gently stick a wooden stick in each cake. Let cool completely.
Melt each of the glazes over a hot water bath and dip each cake into one of the glazes. Garnish with brittle, chocolate shavings and nonpareils. Let dry.
