medium Apple (peeled, cored & chopped)
1.333 cups
chopped Hazelnuts
unrefined powdered sugar

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Place 12 paper cases in a muffin tin.
2.
Whisk together the eggs, coconut oil and honey until smooth.
3.
Put the coconut flour, bicarbonate of soda and spices in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
4.
Pour in the egg mixture and mix well. Stir in the apples and hazelnuts.
5.
Spoon into the paper cases and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden. Cool in the tins for 10 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
6.
Sift a little icing sugar over the muffins just before serving.
