4 teaspoons Mustard

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the hot dogs in simmering water, but do not let boil or else the hot dogs will burst. Place the hot dog buns in a warm oven briefly and cut lengthways in half. Cut the cucumbers into slices and salt.

2.

Spread the buns with the remoulade and top with the cucumber slices. Place the sausage between the buns and sprinkle with ketchup and mustard. Sprinkle with onions and serve immediately.
