400 milliliters milk
100 grams Whipped cream
2 Tbsps cocoa powder dark (the highest possible percentage of chocolate)
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground Cardamom
1 pinch ground ginger
1 pinch ground cloves
6 centiliters Rum
For garnish
4 Tbsps whipped Whipped cream
1 Tbsp Coffee liqueur
Rock candy (as desired)

Preparation steps

1.

Heat milk (up to 3 tablespoons) with the spices, rum and cream. Stir cocoa and remaining milk into the hot milk until smooth, bring to a boil briefly and pour into glasses.

2.

Stir coffee liqueur into the whipped cream and pour into a dispenser. Serve on the hot chocolate and garnish with candy stirrer if desired.
