Preparation steps

Cut the chocolate into small pieces. Add to a saucepan with the sugar and milk. Heat the milk mixture, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted completely.

Once the chocolate has melted, whisk the milk mixture until completely combined. Pour into cups, garnish with the whipped cream and the chocolate curls, and serve immediately.
