- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream
- Lemon balm (for garnish)
Preparation

Cut apples into quarters, peel and remove the core. Cut apples into narrow columns.

Place the apples in a pan in hot butter and cook until golden brown on both sides. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Place apple slices decoratively on a plate and put a ball of ice cream in the middle. Garnish with lemon balm and serve immediately.
