Honey and Grape Smoothie
Once cup of grapes provides about a quarter of your daily vitamin C needs, nearly 20% for vitamin K, and at least 10% for copper. This smoothie is a great snack or dessert for an energy boost!
For a healthier version, use nonfat yogurt and milk, and use more frozen grapes with some ice.
Put the vanilla yogurt into a blender with the grape juice and milk.
Blend together to combine. Pour into 2 glasses.
