Once cup of grapes provides about a quarter of your daily vitamin C needs, nearly 20% for vitamin K, and at least 10% for copper. This smoothie is a great snack or dessert for an energy boost!

For a healthier version, use nonfat yogurt and milk, and use more frozen grapes with some ice.

6 ozs Vanilla yogurt
1.333 cups red Grape juice
1 cup milk
To garnish
2 tsps honey
2 red Grape
1 Tbsp caster sugar (fine)

1 Small baking dish, 1 Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Sieve, 1 small mold, 1 Food processor, 1 Oven-proof ramekin

Preparation steps

Put the vanilla yogurt into a blender with the grape juice and milk.

Blend together to combine. Pour into 2 glasses.

Microwave the honey on High for 5 seconds to make it liquid.

Dip the grapes into the honey, using a brush to help cover the grape skins. Dip the grapes into the sugar, sprinkling over areas that aren't covered. Serve on the edge of the glasses, to garnish.
