For the herring
8 Pickled herring
500 grams potatoes
3 tablespoons butter
For the sauce
1 bunch Radish
3 Pickled cucumbers
Chives (1/2 bunch)
Dill (1/2 bunch)
1 onion
150 grams Whipped cream
100 grams Yogurt
salt
peppers

Preparation steps

1.

For the herring: Peel potatoes, rinse and cook in boiling salted water for 25 minutes. Drain well. 

For the sauce: Rinse herbs and chop finely. Cut cucumber into slices. Peel onion and chop finely.

2.

Rinse and finely slice radishes. Whisk cream with yogurt, herbs, onions, radishes and cucumber and season with salt and pepper. Heat butter in a pan and heat potatoes for a few minutes. Arrange potatoes and herring on plates and drizzle wtih yogurt sauce. Serve immediately.
