½ bunch parsley
1 onion
1 kilogram Beans
2 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons butter
200 grams Bacon
1 kilogram potatoes

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub and rinse the potatoes and cook in boiling water about 20 minutes, then peel.

2.

Rinse and trim beans and cook for about 8 minutes in boiling, heavily salted water. Rinse immediately in ice-cold water and drain. Chop bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan.

3.

Peel and cut the onion into thin rings. Chop parsley.

4.

Heat beans in butter, season with salt and pepper and arrange on a serving plate with the potatoes, herring and onion rings. Pour bacon and fat over the potatoes and sprinkle with parsley.
