- 8 mild Pickled herring
- 2 red onions
- 1 kilogram potatoes
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- white, freshly ground peppers
- 1 bowl Cress
Preparation steps
1.
Peel, halve and boil potatoes in salted water for about 25 minutes or until tender. Drain well.

Peel onions, halve and cut into thin strips.

For the sauce: combine yogurt with cream, oil and vinegar. Season with salt, sugar and pepper. Rinse herring fillets under running water and pat dry. Arrange on plates together with potatoes and sauce. Sprinkle with onion strips and cress. Serve.
