1 bunch Radish
3 sprigs Dill
2 tablespoons White vinegar
8 Pickled herring (double-fillets; 20 ounces)
Lettuce (to taste)

1 large Pot (with lid), 1 Tablespoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine grater, 1 Large knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 2 Bowls, 1 Whisk, 1 Fork

Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly under running water. Add to a pot with caraway seeds and cook in boiling salted water for 20-25 minutes, depending on the size.

Meanwhile, peel onion and cut into small cubes.

Peel horseradish and grate finely. Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into rolls.

Cut lemon in half, squeeze out juice and measure 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Stir juice with milk and quark in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.
