Ingredients

cooked Beetroot tubers (125 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the beets and cut into sticks. Peel the onions and finely chop.

2.

Rinse the apples, cut into quarters, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Peel, core and cut the pear into pieces.

3.

Drain the herring fillets and cut into bite-sized pieces.

4.

For the vinaigrette, mix the oil and apple vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Mix the beet, apple, pear, herring and onions with the vinaigrette and let stand for 1 hour.

5.

Meanwhile rinse the chives, shake dry and slices. Garnish the salad with chives and serve.
