2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
1 tsp honey
4 Tbsps sunflower oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and spin dry lettuce, tear into smaller pieces if needed. Pat dry herring and cut into bite-sized pieces. Arrange lettuce and herring on plates.

2.

Combine lemon juice with vinegar, honey and oil. Season with salt (depends on saltness of herring) and pepper, drizzle salad wtih the dressing and serve.
