- 1 small can Pineapple chunks (In fruit juice)
- 250 grams Sour cream
- freshly ground pepper
- mild Curry powder
- 4 double Pickled herring
- 1 Banana (medium-ripe)
Drain pineapple, reserving the juice. Season sour cream with 2 tablespoons of juice, salt, pepper and curry. Stir and season to taste.
Cut herring into pieces. Peel banana and cut into slices. Mix the prepared ingredients with the curry cream. Let stand for 30 minutes. Before serving, adjust seasonings with curry and pepper.
