wraps (6 to 8-inches)

Preparation steps

Place a steamer basket in a large saucepan, add 1 1/2-inches of water and bring to a rapid boil. Place potatoes in the steamer basket and steam until just tender when pierced with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and slice each potato into thin slices. Season warm potato slices with salt.

Divide pickled herring pieces, potato slices and salad greens among wraps. Sprinkle with red onion and dill. Add a dollop of sour cream, fold wrap over and secure with a wooden toothpick. Serve.
