- 3 Tbsps Peppermint
- 3 Tbsps dried Lovage leaf ((or celery leaves)
- 2 tsps Blackberry leaf
- 2 Tbsps Valerian bloom
- 2 Tbsps Lavender
Preparation
1.
Mix all ingredients and store in a jar or box with a tight-fitting lid.

To make tea: Infuse 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water and let steep about 10 minutes.
