Ingredients

ripe Strawberries (roughly chopped)
4 tablespoons
lemons (juiced from one lemon)

Basil leaves (finely chopped)
crushed Ice

Preparation steps

1.
Place the chopped strawberries in a bowl and mix in the sugar. Set aside for 20 minutes then pass through a fine sieve.
2.
Mix the strawberry juice with the lemon juice and chopped basil and pour into cocktail glasses filled with crushed ice.
3.
Top up the glasses with a splash of soda water and garnish the glasses with the strawberries and basil leaves.
