- 2 shallots
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 125 milliliters white wine
- 500 milliliters Vegetable broth
- light sauce thickener
- 3 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 3 Tbsps finely chopped Fresh herbs (such as chervil, chives, parsley)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 untreated Lemon peel (Fine stripes)
Preparation
1.
Peel shallots, chop finely and saute in hot butter in a saucepan until translucent. Add wine and broth and boil on high heat for 5 minutes to reduce liquids. Add cornstarch to thicken if desired.

Stir herbs and creme fraiche into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with lemon zest.
