- 1 pkg macaroni (500 grams)
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 8 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh Basil (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp fresh Dill (finely chopped)
- salt
- peppers
- 4 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan
- Fresh herbs (for decoration)
Preparation

Peel the onion and finely chop. Heat the oil in a saucepan, sweat the onion until soft, add pressed garlic and let cook for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the herbs.

Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Mix with the herbs and oil. Garnish with some fresh herb leaves and watercress flowers and sprinkle with parmesan. Serve.
