2 Tbsps sunflower oil
1 onion (finely chopped)
4 cups vegetable stock
1 Leek (white and light green part cut into 1 cm slices)
3 cups white Cabbage (sliced)
1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)
salt
freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps

1.
Wash the millet in a sieve under running water and leave to drain.
2.
Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onions. Add the millet, quench with the stock, bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for around 15 minutes.
3.
Add the vegetables and cook for a further 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and ground black pepper and serve sprinkled with parsley.
