For the cream
6 ounces mixed Berry (frozen)
9 ounces white chocolate
4 ounces cream
3 ½ ounces cream cheese
For the waffles
9 ounces soft butter
3 ounces honey
4 eggs
1 pinch salt
8 ½ ounces milk
14 ounces Pastry flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
vegetable oil (for the waffle iron)

Preparation steps

For the cream: Thaw the berries on a plate. Chop the chocolate coarsely and place in a bowl. Heat the cream and pour over the chocolate, stirring until the chocolate is melted. Chill about 30 minutes.

For the waffles: Cream the butter with the honey, eggs and salt. Stir in the milk, then add the flour and baking powder and mix well.

Heat the waffle iron and brush with a little oil. Pour in 2-3 tablespoons of the waffle batter, close and bake for about 3 minutes. Keep the finished waffles in the oven preheated (175°F), if desired.

Stir the cooled chocolate cream until creamy. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and fold into the chocolate cream. Add the berries and serve the waffles.
