Preparation steps

Toast the slices of bread and lightly butter. Place 2 ham slices on each piece of bread.

Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the eggs and fry until set. Place an egg on top of each piece of bread. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut each piece of bread into a heart shape. Serve garnished with chervil.
