½ teaspoon green peppercorns

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onion, finely chop finely and mix with ground meat, egg yolk, breadcrumbs and peppercorns.

Spread out mixture as thick as a finger on a cutting board, let it dry a bit and cut out with a heart-shaped cookie cutter into two hearts.

Heat oil in a pan and cook the meatballs 4 minutes on each side until brown. Serve on a plate squirted with a mustard and ketchup arrow.
