150 grams Dark chocolate (minimum 60% cocoa)
2 centiliters Cognac
75 milliliters Whipped cream
250 grams Milk chocolate

Preparation steps

1.

Chop the dark chocolate coarsely and place in a bowl. Bring the cream and brandy to a boil the and pour over the chocolate. Stir until completely melted.

Let the chocolate mixture cool completely. Pour into a piping bag and fill the hollow heart shells. Chop the milk chocolate coarsely and melt over a hot water bath.

Dip the filled hearts in the melted chocolate, remove with a chocolate dipping fork, let drain and set aside on a wire rack to cool. Brush with the gold dust and place in candy cups. Serve or store in a cool place in an airtight container.
