Heart-shaped Blue Cheese Thins
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160 fan) | 350°F | gas 4 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Rub the butter and Roquefort into the flour then stir in the dill and walnuts.
Knead gently until the mixture forms a smooth dough then roll out on a lightly floured surface to 5 mm thick. Use a heart-shaped pastry cutter to cut out the biscuits then transfer them to the baking tray.
Bake the biscuits for 12 - 15 minutes, turning the tray round halfway through. Transfer the biscuits to a wire rack and leave to cool.
