Ingredients

For the ganache
150 grams
milk chocolate (30% cocoa)
300 grams
Dark chocolate (60% cocoa)
200 milliliters
2 tablespoons
instant Mocha powder
For the topping
250 grams
80 milliliters
To garnish
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Cocoa (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

For the ganache: Chop both chocolates and place in a bowl. In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a boil with the mocha powder. Pour over the chocolate and stir, starting in the center to for a thick ganache and fully melt the chocolate. Place a cake ring on a parchment lined baking sheet and pour the ganache in.

Cover with plastic wrap and let cool completely overnight. Loosen from the cake ring and cut with a small heart cutter.

For the topping: Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir in the cream, remove from the heat and let cool to lukewarm.

Dip each heart into the melted chocolate with a dipping fork. Allow to drain on a wire rack with small holes. Right before the chocolate is set, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cocoa as desired. Stick the chocolates with wooden sticks and serve in glasses.
