Preparation steps

1.

Cut the two chocolates and the coconut fat into small pieces. Place in a saucepan with the cream and the chocolate hazelnut cream and melt over medium heat while stirring.

Let mixture cool slightly. Pour the chocolate cream into heart candy molds and chill in the refrigerator until hardened. Remove from the molds and wrap in decorative foil.
