1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Whisk, 1 Salad spinner

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Place 8 paper cases in muffin tins.
2.
Put all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
3.
Mix together the water, treacle and vanilla.
4.
Add to the dry ingredients with the oil and vinegar and mix slowly until thick. Stir in the raisins.
5.
Pour into the paper cases and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
