150 grams blanched Hazelnuts
150 grams powdered sugar
200 grams Dark couverture chocolate
50 grams butter

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the hazelnuts in a dry frying pan until fragrant. Let cool, transfer to a food processor along with the sugar and pulse until finely chopped. 

2.

Melt the chocolate over a hot water bath. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter and hazelnut mixture. Line a shallow baking pan with plastic wrap. Fill with the hazelnut chocolate mixture and chill in the refrigerator until set.
