Hazelnut Cinnamon Cookies
Mix butter, brown sugar and icing sugar in a bowl until creamy and then stir in the eggs. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and add to the egg-butter-mixture. Stir in hazelnuts.
With a tablespoon, spoon cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten cookies slightly and bake in a preheated 180°C (approximately 350°F) oven for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool on pan and then move cookies to a wire rack.
