Nutritional values

The hazelnuts are rich in magnesium, vitamin E and niacin, which together strengthen the brain and nerves. Together with the spelt flour and the apple, they also provide us with dietary fibres which not only satiate us but are also good for our intestines.

The nut cake tastes especially delicious if you cover it with a chocolate icing. To do this, melt about 70 grams of dark chocolate together with 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil over a hot water bath and spread the hazelnut cake with it.
