Ham and Ricotta Lasagna
For the sauce, melt butter in a pan and whisk in flour. Incorporate milk while stirring and simmer for about 5 minutes until creamy. Remove from heat, stir in ricotta and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).
Spread some sauce in the bottom of the baking dish. Cover with lasagna noodles and top with ham and prosciutto. Add some of the sauce and continue layering until all ingredients are sandwiched together. Finish with sauce and sprinkle top with cheese. Sprinkle parsley on top and bake about 45 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with a fresh salad.
