1.333 cups Riesling
2 ½ cups Swiss cheese (coarsely grated)
2 ½ cups Gruyere (coarsely grated)
1 ½ tablespoons Corn starch
salt
cracked Black pepper
1 teaspoon red Chili flakes
2 Apple (sliced)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups smoked or baked ham (cubed)
4 medium potatoes (cooked and cubed)
12 Date (pitted)
12 slices Prosciutto
1 bunch green Grape

Preparation steps

Rub the inside of a fondue pot with it garlic. Add half of the wine to the pot and bring to a boil. Add grated cheese, stirring constantly, over low heat. Mix the remaining wine with the cornstarch and add to cheese mixture, stirring until cheese thickens.

Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Place on fondue burner to keep warm.

Drizzle the apple slices with lemon juice. Arrange apple slices, cubed ham, potatoes, dates, prosciutto and grapes on a serving platter. Using fondue forks, dip fruits, meat and potatoes in cheese sauce. Serve.
