150 grams butter
150 grams sugar

1 organic Orange (juice and zest)
150 grams Pastry flour
50 ground almonds (peeled)
½ tsp Baking powder
For decoration
120 grams softened butter
60 grams sugar
120 grams cream cheese
150 grams powdered sugar
12 round Cookie
4 Tbsps melted Dark couverture chocolate
12 Ice cream cone
120 grams chocolate-nut spread
Chocolate candy
Licorice lace

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line the wells of a muffin tin with paper cups.

For the batter, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat the eggs, orange juice, orange zest, flour, almonds and baking powder. Stir the butter mixture into the flour mixture. Mix well and pour into the muffin tin. Bake for about 25 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.

For the decoration, beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Stir in the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread the cream on the cupcakes. Brush the cookies with the melted chocolate. Spread the Nutella on the ice cream cones and decorate with the M&Ms and licorice. Place the ice cream cones on the cookies and press down lightly, creating a witch hat. Place the cookies on top of the cupcakes and serve.
