1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Box grater, 1 Citrus juicer

Preparation steps

1.
Put the fish in a food processor with the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish and blend until slightly chunky.
2.
Mix in by hand the whipping cream, chives, parsley and cooked potatoes. Shape the mixture into 12 fish cakes and coat with breadcrumbs.
3.
Place olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook fish cakes for 4 minutes on each side, until browned. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce or garnish (optional).
