pitted green Olives
2 tablespoons
6 tablespoons
freshly ground Pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Cut veal into uniform, bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove rind from pineapple, cut into slices and then into bite-sized pieces. Thread veal cubes, pineapple pieces and olives alternately onto 4 skewers. Brush skewers with oil and grill, turning several times, about 8 minutes.

Heat rum until warm. To serve, place skewers on a preheated platter, drizzle with rum and flambé.
