1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine grater, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Zester, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Brush

Preparation steps

Rinse lemongrass, trim and halve lengthwise. Peel ginger root and finely grate.

Rinse lime in hot water, wipe dry and peel off very thin strips of zest with a zester.

Squeeze out lime juice and mix the juice in a small bowl with the ginger and honey.
