3 large white onions
Paprika salami (8 thick slices)
Bacon 1 thick slice (2 cm)

Preparation steps

Rinse peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Rinse the apples, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into thick wedges. Peel the onions and cut into thick wedges. Cut the salami slices in half.

Cut the bacon into slices. Thread all the ingredients alternately onto wooden skewers (previously soaked in water). Season the skewers with salt, pepper and plenty of paprika, then place on a charcoal grill and grill until browned on all sides. Remove from grill and serve.
