Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the figs, then pat dry. Cut crosswise, then lay flat. Mix 6 tablespoons of honey with the white wine, then pour over the figs. Cover and let the figs marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.

Place the figs on a hot grill. Cook for 7 minutes, turning occasionally. Drizzle with the remaining honey, garnish with the lavender flowers, and serve.
