8 Ears of corn
200 grams Bacon (sliced)
Salt
freshly ground Pepper
4 tablespoons softened Butter

Preparation steps

Shuck corn, rinse and cook in boiling salted water, about 5 minutes. Remove and drain well. Wrap corn with bacon, brush with softened butter and season with salt and pepper.

Place corn on a hot grill lined with aluminum foil. Grill, turning, 10-15 minutes.
