75 grams Dark chocolate (with hazelnuts)
8 slices Toast
4 tablespoons lime Jelly

Preparation steps

1.

Finely chop the chocolate. Coat 4 of the slices of toast with lime jelly and sprinkle the other 4 with the chopped chocolate.  

2.

Press the two halves together and grill on a panini press or in a hot skillet until the chocolate has melted. Serve immediately.
