Grilled Chicken Wings, Sausages and Corn
For the corn, peel off the leaves from the corns and remove the threads. Cook the corns in boiling salted water for 15 minutes. Lift out the boiled corns, pat dry and cut in half.
Mix together the salt, paprika and oil, and brush the corn cobs with it on all sides.
Grill the corns on the charcoal grill on all sides for 10-15 minutes, turning constantly. Baste the corns with the paprika mixture in between.
Grill the sausages on the charcoal grill on each side for 5-8 minutes.
For the chicken wings, rinse the chicken wings, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Mix the ketchup and mustard oil together, and brush the chicken wings with it.
Place the chicken wings in a grilling tray and place on the hot grill. Grill for about 20 minutes, truning once.
Serve the grilled chicken wings, corns and sausages with a vegetable salad with feta cheese.
