Grilled Beef and Vegetable Skewers

Rinse the beef, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes.

Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into bite-sized pieces.
3.
Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Cut the corn cobs into shorter pieces.

Alternately skewer the beef, peppers, onions and corn onto skewers.
5.
Chop the sage leaves coarsely, mix with the olive oil and thyme. Transfer to a shallow baking dish, add the skewers and turn to coat. Cover and marinate for 1 hour.
6.
Season with salt and pepper and grill for about 10-12 minutes.
