8 small onions a total of 250 grams (approximately 9 ounces)
150 milliliters Ketchup
2 tsps Mustard
1 tsp ground paprika
8 Skewers

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the sausages into bite-size pieces. Peel the onions and cut into quarters. Alternately thread the sausage and onion onto skewers. Mix the ketchup, mustard and paprika into a sauce.

2.

Grill the skewers for 8 minutes, turning after 6 minutes and basting with 3 tablespoons of the sauce. Serve the extra sauce alongside for dipping.
