½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon grated Orange peel
1 teaspoon grated Lemon peel
½ teaspoon ground ginger
14 ounces jam sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the tomatoes. Coarsely chop the tomatoes, then puree in the blender. Add the puree to a pot, then mix with the cinnamon, orange zest, lemon zest, ginger, and the sugar. 

2.

Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 4 minutes, then remove from the heat. Fill the prepared jars to the brim with the hot jam. 

3.

Seal the jars tightly and turn upside down to cool for 10 minutes. Turn right side up and cool completely. The jam goes well spread on a fresh baguette.
