Preparation steps

Wash the pears and remove the core. Peel the clementines. Peel and grate the ginger. Rinse the lettuce and carrot greens thoroughly and spin dry. Rinse the daisies and shake dry. Put all the ingredients with the lemon juice and apple juice in the blender and puree. Add 500-600 ml (approximately 2-2-1/2 cups) of water until the desired consistency is reached. Pour into bottles or jars and serve.
